Automatic Turnover Machine Basic functions:
This machine is specially used for the turning requirements of steel sheet, and achieves the working target of turning the object 180 degrees.
Installation conditions:
The machine can be placed on the level ground or placed in the pit. The weight of the pit must be greater than 5 tons/m2. (Based by the seller)

Automatic Turnover Machine process description:
1 First put the product into the turning machine with the driving or forklift, start the operation button, the pressing mechanism automatically presses down (hydraulic) to fix the product, the turning machine starts to turn over, and the pressing mechanism automatically resets (hydraulic) loose after the product completes 180° turning. Open the product, drive or forklift to remove the product; start the reset flip button, flip the machine to reset.

Main features:
- The double-row chain drive makes the turning part of the turning machine work more smoothly and reliably.
- Using super worm gear reducer makes the transmission power of the equipment more safe and reliable.
- The four-wheel mechanism with reasonable structure has a stable bearing.
- When the 180° is turned over, the double protection switch device (mechanical limit switch and electric limit switch limit) is used to make the turning machine safer.
- When the raft is up and down, the flip table is stable.
- After the flip is completed, the flip ends to automatically stop.
- Using the emergency stop button makes it possible to quickly stop the flip in an emergency.
- The unit can be stopped at any position during the flipping process.
